Are you interested in bringing a group of students to campus? If so, please take a few minutes to complete our registration form to help us meet your group's needs.
Visits typically consist of a half-hour information session with an admissions counselor and a hour and a half walking tour of the campus with one of our student tour guides. Tours generally depart from the Admissions Office Monday-Friday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., and accommodations can be made to eat on campus if needed.
Group requests should be made at least three weeks in advance. Maximum of 60 students per visit.
Please note: Summer (May-August) Group visits have a departure time of 4:00 p.m. due to campus hours.
- Group visit confirmations will be sent two weeks prior to the date you have selected. You will have ten days to confirm the visit before we release the date to another group.
- Group visit dates may be restricted at certain times while classes are in session.
- Residence Hall tours are based on student tour guide availability, and may be limited to group sizes of 15 or less.
- If your plans should change in any way, please notify the Admissions Office by email or by calling 1 (866) 278-6948 at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit as changes after that period may not be possible to accommodate.
