Evolving Technologies Raise Unusual Privacy & Ethics Concerns

First case involved the use of facebook.com by trial lawyers, to learn more about prospective jurors. This can be misused by selecting the "right jurors for the job". This practice also raises questions whether internet information should be used by prospective employers or academic organizations.
Pandora, a popular music streaming website, was accused of gathering personal data and sharing it with advertising partners. Potentially, the can be used to identify single individuals, which raise a concern about the ethicality of Pandora.
With the technology surrounding us and the rapid growing of social media everybody needs to be aware of their "internet footprint", as it can be used against them in the future.
