CTC-301 On Dec 12 the state appointted a new joint commission on public ethics, a fine idea with their purpose being to oversee elected officials in Albany. These people were picked by elected officials and some of the appointted have their own ethical problems from the past. This sounds almost to crazy to be true but it is. This seems like a joke. I like the idea of it but how do you impliment it this way.
