This article is great. I wish more professors would take such a stand on cheating. It takes away from the accomplishments that others achieve without cheating analogous to the steroid era in MLB. The argument that the number of students cheating was about average does not justify the act of cheating. People need to learn what is wrong is wrong and shouldnt be done regardless of the number of people doing it.
