Voting is a Right!
145 billboards operated by Clear Channel Communications displayed messages about the jail time associated with voter fraud. This billboards were strategically places in states known as "swing" states to persuade voters. The billboards were funded by a private foundation who refuses to remain anonymous. Officials were saying that the message perceived from the billboards was scaring and intimidating individuals, which would ultimately keep them from voting. To eliminate this fear, 30 of the billboards were replaced with the message, "Voting is a Right, Not a Crime."
