SUNY Poly Foundation

2015-2016 Employee Giving Campaign

The 'Students First!' Employee Giving Campaign is critical to the success of our institution. As the SUNY Poly Foundation focuses on increasing the overall number of scholarships that are provided to our students, your gifts - of any size - matter more than ever. Your participation shows our students, alumni, parents, and friends that those closest to our institution, our employees, truly believe in the great work that is being done here at SUNY Poly.

Employees can direct their gifts toward merit scholarships, named scholarships, academic programs, Wildcat Athletics, or any other area that you're passionate about through a payment option that works best for you.

Ways To Give

Payroll Deduction - An easy, convenient way to make a one-time gift or to spread your donation over multiple, ongoing payments.

Give Online - Visit our secure online giving site to make a credit card gift anytime (embedded form below).

In Person - Visit the Foundation Office to make a gift by check or credit card (Utica: Kunsela Hall Administrative Suite, Albany: NFE 4325).

Employee Giving Campaign Donor Recognition

Employees who make a gift to the Foundation between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 will be recognized in the following ways:

  1. All donors will receive a special 'I Give!' donor flag to proudly display in their workspace
  2. All donors will receive recognition in the SUNY Poly Foundation Annual Impact Report
  3. Any donors that contribute at least $2 per pay period (or make a one-time gift of $50 or more during this fiscal year), will be entered in monthly drawings throughout the campaign to win SUNY Poly gear, lunch vouchers, and special parking spaces. Details for these giveaways will be posted on the Faculty/Staff blogs.

How Else to Help?

Please share the 2015-2016 Employee Giving Campaign materials with your colleagues, print and post in meeting rooms, hang on your office door, etc... All efforts to publicize will directly benefit our students!
