Phonathon Student Caller Job Description

Phonathon Student Caller Job Description

The SUNY Poly Phonathon is seeking to hire a group of responsible, enthusiastic students to serve as Student Callers for the 2015-2016 academic year. Each year our Phonathon program contacts thousands of alumni, parents, and friends in order to strengthen their relationship with SUNY Poly.

Our Phonathon Student Callers will reach out to these individuals over the phone to give campus updates, notify them about upcoming events, collect Class Notes for the Bridge magazine, and to speak about the importance of supporting our scholarship funds by making an annual gift to the SUNY Poly Foundation.

The Fall 2015 Phonathon will take place from October to November. The Spring 2016 Phonathon is scheduled to take place in March. Calling hours will be 6:00pm to 9:15pm on weekdays and 12:30pm to 4:00pm on weekends. Mandatory staff training will be scheduled once the availability of the Phonathon Student Callers is determined.
